Whatfix enables you to copy steps from one Flow to another, to help you reuse previous effort and reduce the need to repeatedly recreate the same steps. This is useful when processes or tasks in your application have a few similar steps. Flow steps can be copied and inserted at any point of a flow.
Use the following steps to copy the steps to a new Flow,
Log in to the application where you want to create content, and then launch the Whatfix Studio.
Click Flow.
Enter the name of the Flow as you want it to be displayed to your users.
On the + Add Step button, click the dropdown icon, and then click Copy Steps.
Select the Flow from which you want to copy the steps.
Select the steps by selecting the checkbox next to each step that you want to copy in the current Flow.
Steps can be selected only as a sequence. In case, you select step 1 and then try to select step 4, then all steps in-between are also selected.
Click Copy.
Finish creating the flow.
Use the following steps to copy the steps to an existing Flow,
On the Whatfix Dashboard, hover your cursor over the Flow in which you want to copy steps from an existing Flow, and then click the Edit icon.
