Whatfix enables you to customize the message that your end users see after completing a Flow. The message can include a personalized message, a request for Flow Feedback, or both. By default, this message appears only when the Flow is completed. For more information, see Customize the end message of a Flow.
By enabling Message On Close, the Flow end message appears even when the Flow is closed midway or exited, ensuring end users see the message regardless of whether the Flow is fully completed.
Use the following steps to display end message on Flow exit:

On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Settings.

Click Advanced customisation.

Click Technical configuration.

Click Add preferences.

Click Flow.

Select the Message On Close checkbox.

Click Add.

Enable the Message On Close toggle.

Click Save.
Once you save the changes, you must perform a Push to Production for the changes to appear on the page.
