I'm getting the following error, Unable to update integration. Please try again while trying to update and save my integration.

update_integration_status

Cause

This error is shown if you include any special character apart from -, _, #, :) . " in your Integration Description.

In the following screenshot, & is used in the Integration Description which results in the error.
ts_article_integration

your title goes here

This error is shown if you include any special character apart from -, _, #, :) . " in the Integration Title as well.

Solution

  1. Check if you have used any special character other than -, _, #, :) . " in your Integration Description.
  2. Remove the special character and save your integration.
