You can access Whatfix-specific courses, improve your knowledge, and even get certifications using Whatfix University.
Pre-requisites
- Only Whatfix customers and Partners can access Whatfix University.
- Contact your Whatfix representative to receive the sign up code.
- Ensure that you have access to the Whatfix Dashboard with the Content Manager role. For more information on User Roles, see Whatfix User Roles.
Sign up for Whatfix University
Use the following steps to sign up for Whatfix University:

Go to Whatfix University's Self Sign Up page using this sign up link.

Enter your First Name, Last Name, Email, Language, and Sign up Code in the registration form.

Once you've registered, an email with details of your login credentials is sent to your registered email address.

If you don't receive the email, clear the browser cache and cookies.

Use the link in the email to log in to University.

On the Welcome Page, fill in the mandatory fields, Current Location, NDA/MSA signed ?, Organisation Name, and Designation.

You are automatically assigned the following learning paths:
Whatfix Digital Adoption Associate: This course covers the basics and fundamental concepts of Whatfix.
Whatfix Digital Adoption Solution Specialist: This course gives an overview of the technical concepts in Whatfix.
Whatfix Digital Adoption Content Specialist: This course helps you understand the writing guidelines and the best practices to be followed while creating Whatfix content.
Whatfix Digital Adoption Strategist: This course covers the concepts of efficient Project Management.
Whatfix Product Analytics: This course covers the concepts of Product Analytics and how you can use them to understand user behavior on your product.
Tip
Only when you complete the Whatfix Digital Adoption Associate certification will the other courses be unlocked.
Download the certificate
Once you complete the course, Whatfix University enables you to download the certificate.
Use the following steps to download the certificate:

On Whatfix University, click the Achievements tab.

Go to the course for which you want to download the certificate and then click Download certificate.

The certificate is downloaded as a PDF to your local drive.

Apart from the certifications, Whatfix University also provides Bridge Courses that cover all the quarterly release features (R1 and R2). This course is updated every six months to help you understand the latest Whatfix features that were released in the past two quarters.
