Understand the Icons Used in Self Help

Whatfix enables you to add various types of content in Self Help to provide contextual help to your end users. The following table lists the different types of Whatfix content, their icons, and descriptions that can be added to the Self Help widget.

Flows		Whatfix Flows are a series of steps that help your end users learn an objective or complete a task.
Video		You can include video content in different Whatfix widgets like Self Help, Task List, and Beacon.
Article		You can use articles to provide relevant information to end users within the Self Help widget.
Link		You can link your external resources like support articles or content hosted externally to Whatfix.
