Whatfix videos are created by converting the respective Flows into a video format. Configure Whatfix to upload videos to your video channel or download the videos and share them offline.

- If the Flow title includes spaces or any of these special characters (<,>,:,",/,|,,?,*,#,%,\s,\n,.), then they are replaced with an underscore (_) when the Flow is downloaded as a PDF or a Video.
- Special characters cause conflicts at the code level and converting them ensures there are fewer download failures.
