Insert an image in a Flow step

Before you insert the image into a Flow, you must first host the image online and copy the URL.
You can use popular online image-sharing websites like Imgur, ImgBB, etc to host the image.
Use the following steps to include any image in a Flow step,
Open the desktop application where you'd like to create the Flow and then launch the Whatfix Desktop Editor.
Click Flow.
Enter the name of the Flow as you want it displayed to a user.
Click Add Step.
Click the desired element on the application that you want your user to select.
Enter the purpose and description of the step.
The maximum character limits for the Purpose and Description of the step are 200 characters and 400 characters, respectively. However, you can increase the character limits by contacting support@whatfix.com.
Move the cursor to a new line and click the Plus icon.
Click the Insert Image icon.
Enter the URL of the image you want to add to the Flow.

• Incorrect: https://imgur.com/jpJkjqs
Click Insert.
Once you insert the image, you can click it to see the customization options.
Here's a list of all the customization options that you can choose from,
- Change size: Enables you to change the dimension of the image in terms of pixels
- Align: Enables you to align the image to the left, right or centre.
- Insert link: Enables you to add link URLs to the image.
- Alternative text: Enables you to add alternative text to the image.
- Replace: In case you added the wrong image, you can replace it using this option.
- Remove: Enables you to remove the image.
You can preview how the Tooltip appears on the right side of the Whatfix Editor.
- Click Add Step to finish creating the step and then, continue creating the Flow.
