Overview
Quantum Metric and Whatfix integration enables you to show different types of content based on the type of error the user encounters. All the errors are captured in Quantum Metric and used in Whatfix for content segmentation.
Use cases
Here are some use cases that are possible using this integration:
- Show a warning Pop-up to the users if they try logging in using the wrong credentials 2 times.
- Reduce user frustration by showing content when the app is unresponsive and the user clicks multiple times.
- Trigger a Flow if the user experiences any failure during the bill payments or any other process.
- Auto-trigger a congratulation Pop-up message if a user tries a new feature for a specific number of times.
