Article Summary
The Whatfix Rich Text Editor enables you to format content using multiple options. It also helps you to link and include multimedia content. The rich editor can be used across Whatfix widgets.
To access the rich text editor while creating a Flow, select the content that you'd like to customize using your mouse or press the Shift key+ Left arrow key simultaneously.

Note
When inserting images, ensure that the size of the image is not more than 270 pixels (width) in a Tooltip and not more than 500 pixels (width) on a Pop-Up. Increasing the image size further results in scroll bars.
