The Whatfix Rich Text Editor enables you to format content using multiple options. It also helps you to link and include multimedia content. The rich editor can be used across Whatfix widgets.

To access the rich text editor while creating a Flow, select the content that you'd like to customize using your mouse or press the Shift key+ Left arrow key simultaneously.

Icon Description
b.png Bolds the highlighted content
i.png Italicises the highlighted content
u.png Underlines the highlighted content
ad.png Changes the color of the text
aa.png Changes the font size
li.png Aligns or justifies content
linkk.png Links content to another page or external content
12.png Inserts a numbered list
dot.png Inserts a bulleted list
ind.png Indent highlighted content to the right
ima.png Inserts a picture
vid.png Inserts a video file
your title goes here

When inserting images, ensure that the size of the image is not more than 270 pixels (width) in a Tooltip and not more than 500 pixels (width) on a Pop-Up. Increasing the image size further results in scroll bars.
