Overview
Whatfix Bullhorn Integration enables you to show content relevant to a specific group of users and create a more cohesive and personalized customer experience.
You can send Bullhorn event data to Whatfix, enabling you to show personalized content based on the department and type of users.
Integrating Whatfix and Bullhorn requires backend configuration that can only be done by Whatfix. Contact support@whatfix.com to set up the integration.
Use cases
- Roll out in-app reminders for employees who haven't completed the appraisal feedback.
- Notify new HR Policies to all the users in a country using a Pop-up.
- Show Pop-ups to all users from one specific country. For example, local holiday information.
- Show survey forms to employees to get feedback about their managers.
- Notify new hiring regulations and placement processes to recruiters by geography.
Personalize user experiences
- Send targeted survey forms in Pop-ups to new hires.
- Create a personalized onboarding experience based on the department to drive further product adoption.
- Inform sales teams about how leads are using the product.
- Segment Task List, Pop-ups, and Self Help based on the user type.
