Overview
Whatfix Bullhorn Integration helps you show content relevant to a specific group of users and create a more cohesive and personalized customer experience.
You can send Bullhorn event data to Whatfix, enabling you to show personalized content based on the users' department and type.
Integrating Whatfix and Bullhorn requires backend configuration that can only be done by Whatfix. Contact support@whatfix.com to set up the integration.
Use cases
- Roll out in-app reminders for employees who haven't completed the appraisal feedback.
- Notify new HR Policies to all the users in a country using a Pop-up.
- Show Pop-ups to all users from one specific country. For example, local holiday information.
- Show survey forms to employees to get feedback about their managers.
- Notify new hiring regulations and placement processes to recruiters by geography.
Personalize user experiences
- Send targeted survey forms to new hires in Pop-ups.
- Create a personalized onboarding experience based on the department to drive further product adoption.
- Inform your sales team about how leads are using the product.
- Segment Task List, Pop-ups, and Self Help based on the user type.
Often, integration is not possible because of the lack of variables that are used in Whatfix to share the data. Even if there are variables, there can be delays in sharing the data, affecting the user experience in real-time.
With this integration, personalized user experiences can be achieved without any need for manual effort once configured.
This integration is not available for Self Hosted mode of deployment.
