How do I filter comments?

Use the following steps to filter comments:

  1. Click the Whatfix Comments widget.

  2. Click All sites.
    Comment_click_all_site

  3. Select an option in the dropdown:

  • Unread: Shows all the new and unread comments.
  • Resolved: Shows all the comments that have been resolved.
  • Current Domain: Shows only the comments on the website you’re on.
  • All sites: Shows all comments across all websites and applications.
