Why is a new Flow I added marked as complete in Task list?

When a Flow is added in both Self Help and Task List and is played from Self Help, the Flow is marked as completed in the Task List widget as well.

Even if the Task List widget is created after the Flow runs from Self Help, the task is still marked as completed.

Info:

The Flow that plays from Self Help must be fully completed to count as a completed task.
However, Static content such as text, video links, and links are marked as completed only when played from the Task List widget.
