Invite a user to your workspace

A workspace in Whatfix Comments is a dedicated area where you can collaborate with a group of people who are also part of the same workspace. You connect with other people by inviting them to your workspace.

1. Click the Whatfix Comments widget.
   

2. Using the dropdown on the top right, select the workspace you want to invite the user to.
   

3. In the comment section, enter @ symbol followed by user's email address. This will send them an invite to join your workspace.

   The invited user gets the following email. Once they click Join Whatfix Comment, they can view your comments.
