Overview

Using Integration Hub in Whatfix, data from your Microsoft Azure account can be shared with your Whatfix account, and different content can be shown based on the user role information from Azure Active Directory.

Content segmentation is possible based on the following parameters:

User role
Company name
Department
Employment type and more

Integrating Whatfix and Microsoft Azure Active Directory requires backend configuration that can only be done by Whatfix. Contact support@whatfix.com. to set up the integration.

Use cases

Here are some use cases that are possible using this integration:

Send in-app reminders to users who have not completed the security assessment.
In case of a security risk for a specific department, send a Pop-up to all users to update the same.
Send an in-app notification to all users who log in to the system using more than one device.
