Resize a Pop-up

Article Summary
Whatfix Pop ups can be auto-resized to fit desktop and mobile views, as well as manually resized to fit the length of your content. To resize a Pop up, go to the Whatfix dashboard, hover over the Pop up you want to resize and click the Edit icon. Then hover over the resize arrow icon at right border of the Pop up and drag it to your desired width.
Whatfix Pop-ups get auto-resized to desktop and mobile view based on the end users' device. In addition to this, you can also resize the Whatfix Pop-ups and make them proportionate to your content length.
Use the following steps to resize the Pop-up:
- On the Whatfix dashboard, click Widgets.
- Hover your cursor over the Pop-up you want to resize, and then click the Edit icon.

You can also resize a Pop-up while creating it.
- On the right side of the Pop-up, hover your cursor over the resize-arrow icon at right border of the Pop-up, and then click and drag it to the desired width.

Note
- The maximum dimension for a Pop-up tile is 480 pixels (5 inches) in height by 800 pixels (8.33 inches) in width.
- You can only resize the width of a Pop-up. The height of a Pop-up is fixed and can only be changed using the code view.
