Whatfix Comments enables you to engage seamlessly with colleagues directly on any application, eliminating the need for multiple platforms and communication channels.

Install Whatfix Comments

To start using Whatfix Comments, install the extension from the Chrome Web Store.

How It Works

• Add Comments Anywhere: Whatfix Comments introduces a widget on your Whatfix Dashboard or any webpage. The Add Comment button transforms your cursor into a pin, enabling you to add comments anywhere on the page without altering the application itself.

• Tag and Collaborate: Use the @ symbol followed by your colleague's email ID to tag them in a comment. Tagging automatically sends them an invitation, ensuring that everyone stays in the loop.

• Real-time Notifications: Responding to a comment triggers real-time notifications on the web page, on the Comments widget, and via email. Once discussions conclude, comments can be resolved, removing the pin from the page and archiving the conversation for future reference.

• Universal Collaboration: Whatfix Comments isn't confined to the Whatfix Dashboard. It seamlessly integrates with any application, facilitating collaboration on tools like Jira or insight highlighting in Tableau.
