With Feedback analytics, access end user feedback directly. Find more details with regards to the received Feedback, such as:

  • Description: information on what the feedback is all about.

  • Category: use case or category to which the feedback is related.

  • Attachment: any images or files attached which can explain the feedback in detail.

  • URL: any URLs that are associated with the feedback description.

  • Date: date when the feedback was sent.

  • Sender: name or email id of those who have sent the feedback.

  • Segment: segment to which the feedback belongs.
