Whatfix enables you to preview pop-ups using preview mode on Whatfix Studio before you publish your content. This functionality enables you to assess the visual design and placement of your pop-up on the Mirrored application.

Here's an example of how the pop-up appears in preview mode:

Use the following steps to preview a Pop-up:

  1. Go to the Mirror on which you want the pop-up to appear, and then launch the Whatfix Studio.

  2. On the top-right corner, click the Preview mode icon.

  • If you set the occurrence count for a Pop-up to once and then preview it before pushing it to Production, the occurrence gets exhausted for you and the Pop-up will not appear for you.
  • To see the Pop-up again, you must increase the occurrence count.
  1. Click Enter, and then refresh the browser.

Note:

If the content you want to preview is in the Draft stage, then select the Include Draft content and widgets. checkbox.
