Single Sign On (SSO) on Mobile Dashboard

What has changed?

Instead of using the username and password method to sign in, Whatfix now enables you to use Single Sign On (SSO) to sign in to your Whatfix Mobile dashboards.

Why does it matter to me?

With Single Sign On, users don’t have to sign in to Whatfix Mobile again after first signing in to the target application. Single Sign-On logs users automatically into Whatfix Mobile if they have been authenticated by the selected identity provider. This provides an easier and more secure access to the Whatfix Mobile dashboard.

How do I do this?

Single Sign On does not require any additional configuration and is available for all customers. For more information, see Whatfix Mobile Single Sign On.
