Whatfix enables you to analyze and visualize the Event Attributes you create using Trend Insights. Visualizing your Event Attributes using Trend Insights enables you to understand how your end users are interacting with the attributes and helps you with decision-making.
Consider that you want to track the most commonly used referral codes used by new users to sign up for your application for the first time. Capture the Sign Up button as a User Action and the referral code that your users enter as an Event Attribute. Once you've collected the data, you can analyze it using Trend Insights and identify the commonly used referral codes.
As per the above-mentioned example, this is how the chart is visualized:
Event: Custom events - Sign up button
Event Filter: Referral code (The associated Event Attribute and the values captured)
Event Breakdown: Referral code and Location (Another Event Attribute associated with the same User Action.
