Visualize Session Replay in Trend Insights

This content is currently unavailable in German. You are viewing the default (English) version.

With Session Replays in Trend Insights, Whatfix enables you to see the end-user behavior behind each data point on a chart. Use Session Replays understand what drives the trends in your data.

For Example: Your Marketplace team notices that Click ‘Products’ event spiked on August 18, 2026, but Click ‘Add to Cart’ event did not rise at the same rate. Watch the sessions behind the spike to see whether users browsed the Products page and left without adding an item to the Cart. If the replays show users struggling to find Add to Cart, add a Smart Tip or Beacon to guide them to it.

Use cases

Use session replays to:

  • Understand why an Event spiked or dropped on a specific day.

  • See how users go to a page, such as the products page, before they add an item to the cart.

  • Identify points of confusion, hesitation, or repeated clicks in a workflow.

  • Validate that users completed a Flow or Task List as designed.
