Enable Product Analytics for your account

Whatfix's Product Analytics enables businesses to track and analyze their users' actions and interactions with their products or applications.

Use the following steps to enable Product Analytics for your account:

3. In the Analytics page, select the Enable Whatfix Analytics checkbox.
   

4. To block the capture of analytics data from specific environments, select the Block analytics data from specific environment checkbox.

5. To capture and view analytics data across different stages, add the stages using the dropdown.

   • By default, the data is captured from the Production stage.

6. To visualize the data in the timezone of your choice, select the required timezone using the dropdown.

   • By default, the analytics data is shown in the GMT+5:30 timezone.
   • When you change the timezone in the Analytics section, visualize the data in the chosen timezone in Product Analytics.
