Introduction
Whatfix provides out-of-the-box Analytics that displays usage and engagement-related data for all Whatfix content in easy-to-understand visual formats, such as the number of queries served from Self Help, the number of times a Flow played, and from which widget, and more.
Sometimes, creating a custom report that displays data based on specific business needs becomes necessary. For example,
-
A Flow launched from a Pop-up by users using the Chrome browser
-
Feature usage (tracked using User Action) triggered from specific locations to understand where feature adoption is higher
With Trend Insights, Whatfix enables you to turn all your queries into actionable Insights. This solution serves as a one-stop resource for all reporting needs. Create custom engagement reports to obtain more in-depth information at a granular level.
Insights are created by selecting Whatfix-related events and filters, which you can then visualize in the form of charts.
Benefits of Trend Insights
-
Eliminates the need for third-party applications and saves time in creating custom reports.
-
