Add a PDF to Task List

Whatfix enables you to add PDF files to a Task List as Link content. You can add a PDF in the following ways:

Add a new PDF to a Task List Segment

Use the following steps to add a new PDF file to a Task List segment:

  1. On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Widgets.

  2. Click Task lists.
    ia_left_nav_task_list

  3. Go to the required Task List segment, and then click the Edit icon.

  1. Click Create.

  2. Click Pdf.

  3. Enter the Title, and then Browse or Drag and drop the Pdf.

You can also add Tags and Keywords to the Pdf.

  1. Click Save.

Add an Existing PDF to a Task List Segment

You can add an existing PDF file to your Task List segment using the Select button.

Use the following steps to add an existing article to a Task List segment:

  1. On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Widgets.

  2. Click Task lists.

  3. Go to the required Task List segment, and then click the Edit icon.

  1. Click Select.

  2. To filter the content use the dropdown and click PDF.

  3. Select the desired PDF from the list.

  4. Click Okay.

Note

The existing PDF is added to your Task List segment.
