Create a copy of the Flow

Whatfix enables you to create a copy of a Flow and modify it to address different requirements.

Note

A copy of a Flow can only be created in the content section within the Dashboard.
The content section copy enables you to modify and customize the Flow.

Create a copy of a Flow

On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Content.
Click Flows.

Hover your cursor over the Flow you want to copy and click the More icon.
Click Copy.
Note
- Whatfix content and widgets can be copied in Draft, Ready, and Production stages.
- The copy of the Whatfix content or widget is created with the title: Copy of <Content/Widget Title>.
Hover your cursor over the copied Flow and click the Edit icon to make changes to the Flow.
Go to the step you want to edit and then click Edit.
Make the necessary changes.
Click Save Step.
Click Save.

Note

You must push the copied Flow from the Draft stage or the Ready stage to the Production stage for it to appear on your application. For more information, see Push Whatfix content and widgets to Production.
