When repeated unsuccessful attempts are made to access an account, Whatfix locks the account for your security. You are warned about not entering a wrong password on each of your attempts to enter the right password.

If you are confident about recollecting the right password, then click Try Last time.
If you are not sure of the right password, then click Forgot Password to reset your password. You won't be able to use the Forgot Password option once you are locked out of your Whatfix account. For more information, see Reset my password.

How can I unlock my account when it is locked?

When you enter a wrong password during your last attempt, Whatfix locks your account.

You instantly receive an email in your registered email address with instructions to unlock your account.
