After multiple unsuccessful attempts to access an account, Whatfix locks the account for security. The system warns users against entering an incorrect password with each attempt.
Note
- If confident about recalling the correct password, click Try Last time.
- If uncertain about the correct password, click Forgot Password to reset the password. The Forgot Password option becomes unavailable once locked out of the Whatfix account. For more information, see Reset my password.
How can I unlock my account when it is locked?
After entering an incorrect password on the last attempt, Whatfix locks the account.
You receive an email at your registered email address with instructions to unlock the account.
