You can delete the entire Content Repository or you can delete individual content in the Repository.
## Delete the entire Content Repository
Use the following steps to delete a repository:
- On the Whatfix dashboard, click Repositories.
Under Integrated Repositories, navigate to the repository that you want to delete and then click the Ellipsis icon.
Click Delete.
In the confirmation pop-up, click Delete.
The repository and its associated content are deleted instantly. However, for the changes to reflect on your users' application, you must do a Push to production.
Delete Content Repository links
When deleting individual links, it's necessary to first run a sync to ensure that the content is in sync with the source. If the article is removed in the source, when you run the sync, it will get removed in the Content Repository as well.
However, if you want to retain it in the source KB, but don't want to show it as a link in Self Help, then follow these steps.
Use the following steps to delete specific repository links:
- On the Whatfix dashboard, click Repositories.
Under Integrated Repositories, navigate to the repository that you want to delete links from and then click the Ellipsis icon.
Click Sync now.
Once the repository is synced, navigate to the Ready stage.
Select the repository links that you want to delete using the checkboxes.
Click the Delete icon.
On the confirmation pop-up, click Delete.
Once the links are deleted, click the Push all to production button.
