Issue:
You have added a noindex tag to a Flow but, the Flow appears in the Task List for users with specific user roles.
Cause:
The noindex tag prevents a Flow from being displayed in the Task List. However, role tags can also be assigned to Flows, and if a user's assigned roles match the role tags associated with a Flow, the Flow appears to that user even if it has a noindex tag.
Solution:
To ensure that a Flow with a noindex tag doesn't appear to any user, remove all user role tags associated with the Flow. This ensures that the Flow is hidden from all users.
