Whatfix prioritizes customer data security and privacy with QuickRead.

Here's how Whatfix ensures data security:

• No data training: Whatfix’s AI models, including QuickRead, do not use your proprietary documents, application data, or user interactions for training or fine tuning. Your repository and Whatfix content are used solely to generate runtime responses and are not used to train Whatfix's AI models.

• Data usage and role-based access: QuickRead AI models access only integrated repository and Whatfix content created for each application. Controlled access is enabled through defined search scopes and role tags.

• Data storage within Whatfix infrastructure: Whatfix employs its own models, open-source models, and models provided by third-party providers, such as Azure OpenAI, with strict contractual guarantees against customer data being used for model training. Regardless of the source, Whatfix stores only analytics event data related to user engagement with QuickRead and responses to user queries.
