• Data usage and role-based access: QuickRead AI models are designed to access only the integrated repository content and Whatfix content created for each application. By adhering to the defined search scope and role tags, QuickRead provides controlled access to content.
• Data storage within Whatfix infrastructure: Whatfix employs its own models, open-source models, and models provided by third-party providers like Azure OpenAI. Regardless of the source, we ensure that only analytics event data related to user engagement with QuickRead and responses provided to user queries are stored.
