A workspace in Whatfix Comments serves as a dedicated area for collaboration among team members within the same workspace. Join an existing workspace to connect with colleagues in your organization.

Use the following steps to join a workspace:

Note:

To join a private workspace, an invitation from an existing member is necessary. They can invite you by tagging you in a comment with your email ID.

Click the Whatfix Comments widget.
Using the dropdown, click Create or join workspace.
Scroll down to the workspace you want to join, and then click the Join button.
