How can I see analytics of Don't show me again?

You may need analytics data for instances where users have selected the "Do not show me again" option in a Pop-up. By default, the Product Analytics dashboard does not show the analytics for "Do not show me again" selected filter.

Use the following steps to view analytics data for "Do not show me again" selected:

  1. On the Whatfix Analytics dashboard, click Insights.

  1. Click + Create Insights.

  2. Click Trend Insights.

  3. To name your Insight, click the Edit icon.

  4. Click Add Event.
    You can add an event to a Trend Insight to visualize the data using different charts.

  5. Click "Do not show me again" selected.


  6. Click Filter.
    Select_filter

  7. Click Segment Name.
    Select_segment_name

  8. Select the segment name using the drop-down menu and finish creating the Insight.

  9. Scroll down to see the data chart that is generated.
