Issue
You try to edit a Whatfix Flow or Widget using the Launch live edit option, but every time Studio opens, the Restart Studio button appears and a technical error occurs.
Probable Cause
When webpages load along with Studio, a large amount of data associated with the respective content or widgets present on that page is pulled by Whatfix from its servers. This data can take some time to load, and thus, may occasionally result in Studio's UI breaking.
Suggested Solutions
Use one of the following methods to fix this issue:
- Do a hard refresh of the webpage where Studio is breaking.
- After you click Launch live edit and are redirected to the respective website, wait 10-15 seconds after Studio loads to interact with the UI.
