Disable the Task list

Disable and enable a Task List at any time. Once disabled, the Task List no longer appears on your Mirror and the end users cannot access it. You can choose to disable the Task list after the end user completes the task. This eliminates distractions and promotes focus on user interaction with the Mirror.

Use the following steps to disable a Task List:

  1. On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Widgets.
    ia_left_nav_widgets

  2. Click All widgets.
    ia_dashboard_left_nave_allwidgets

  3. Click Production tab.

  1. Select the Task List segment that you want to disable using the checkbox.
    MR_diasble_a_Task_list

  2. Click Remove from production.
    clm_db_remove_from_prod

Note:

The Task List moves back to the Draft stage and the Task List no longer appears for your end-users.
