Whatfix enables you to embed videos in the Task List irrespective of whether they are created by Whatfix using a Flow or if they are generated using third-party applications.
Non-Whatfix videos: Videos created using a video editor tool by you or an agency and stored in your Google Drive, Dropbox, YouTube, Vimeo, etc., account.
When your end-users click a video content in Task List, a pop-up opens and the video is played inside the popup.
Use the following steps to embed Whatfix Videos:
On the Whatfix dashboard, navigate to the Production tab.
Open the Flow you want to embed, and then click the Embed dropdown menu.
Click Video from the drop-down.
Click the Copy iFrame button.
Paste the copied iFrame code in a text editor.
Delete everything except the video URL as shown in the following image.
Add https: before the edited URL.
On the Whatfix Dashboard, click Widgets.
Go to the Task List segment you want to add a video link to and click the Edit icon.
Under create, select Video Link.
Enter the name of the video and the URL from Step 8, and then click Save.
- Click Save again to save the segment.

- Go to the Stream video and then click the Play in Stream icon.
- Click the Embed tab and then copy and use only the highlighted part of the URL as shown in the following image.
Microsoft is migrating Office 365 videos to Microsoft Stream. For more information, see Migration to Microsoft Stream.

Go to the video on Google Drive and open it.
On the top right, click the vertical ellipsis, and then click Open in new window.
