Surveys enable you to collect data from a group of people to gain information and insights. The survey questionnaire can be created for any purpose based on your use case and can be targeted to appear for a particular group of people.
Whatfix Mobile enables you to create your own surveys and analyze the responses. Target your survey to appear on a particular screen of your mobile app and to a certain group of users. Based on the responses, improve the content and overall end user experience.
Use the following two built-in templates to create your own survey:
- Feedback
- NPS
Feedback: The feedback survey template enables you to receive feedback from your end users about the app features and in-app experiences you create. Whatfix enables you to either use the default questions or customize your own questions. Embed the survey inside a Full Sheet, Pop-up, and a Bottom Sheet. Once the survey is published, see a summary of the responses and individual responses, which can be analyzed to draw conclusions.
NPS: Net Promoter Score (NPS) is used to understand if a customer is satisfied with the product/service and how likely they are to recommend it to others. Whatfix Mobile now enables you to create your own NPS survey for your app. Embed the survey inside a Full Sheet, Pop-up, and a Bottom Sheet. Once the survey is published, the analytics of the survey helps you understand and improve customer experience.
