What is Whatfix Mobile?

Whatfix Mobile is a Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) designed specifically for native mobile apps. It enables enterprises to onboard, train, and engage their mobile app users by creating contextual, customized in-app experiences using a no-code approach. End users don’t leave your mobile app, which drives productivity and engagement.

Whatfix Mobile lets you design in-app interactions that integrate perfectly with your app. Based on your access to the source code of the mobile app, you can choose from the following solutions provided by Whatfix:

• Whatfix Mobile SDK: When you have access to the source code of your mobile app, you can integrate the Whatfix Mobile SDK into your app and create in-app experiences for your end users. • Wrapper Approach: When you don't have access to the source code of your mobile app but want to use your web application in the mobile web view and integrate Whatfix, you can use the Wrapper Approach. In this scenario, your web application is wrapped inside a mobile container (or web view) so that the app behaves like a mobile app even if you don’t modify its native code. For example, integrate Whatfix into EAS applications such as Salesforce, Workday, and more using the Wrapper Approach.
