Mixpanel Cohort Integration

Whatfix Mobile enables you to import all the existing Cohorts and user segments from your Mixpanel account and integrate them with the Whatfix Mobile Dashboard. These Cohorts and user data can then help you create and target Whatfix content for your pre-defined groups of users.

Use the following steps to integrate Mixpanel with Whatfix Mobile,

  1. On the Whatfix Mobile Dashboard, select the App on which you want to create a project.

  2. In the navigation panel, click User Segments.

  3. Click Create Segment.

  4. Select Mixpanel.

  5. If this is the first time you're creating a Mixpanel Integration, or if you want to import a new repository, click Add service account.

  6. Enter the Service account name and the Secret token for your Mixpanel account.

  1. Click Authenticate.

    The Mixpanel repository is integrated with the Whatfix Mobile Dashboard.

  2. All the pre-existing Cohorts and user data are added as new User Segments to your Dashboard.

Once your pre-defined User Segments are added, you can use them to publish targeted Whatfix Mobile content for different groups of users. For more information, see Publish projects directly.
