Personalization enables you to create a user experience tailored to the needs of each individual user while also providing relevant and effective content to your end user. Personalizing your projects helps increase user engagement and user retention of your app. Currently, you can do it using the User Properties available on Whatfix Mobile Studio. Personalization through User Properties is only supported in text blocks.

Use the following steps to personalize any text content inside a project,
On the Whatfix Mobile Dashboard, select the project you want to personalize.
In the Text box, click the text section you want to add properties to.
Click Add user property, and then add the required user property.

- You can place this user property anywhere in the entire text block.
- You can only see user properties that are added as custom properties in segments. However, any custom property can be passed into user properties. For more information, see Add Custom Properties to User Segments
