Internationalization
What has changed?
As the Whatfix customer base grows globally, we want to provide our non-English speaking customers with a better user experience by enabling them to interact with the Whatfix platform in their preferred language.
Whatfix Mobile now supports Internationalization, which enables you to change the language of your Whatfix Mobile Dashboard. Content creators can experience content creation and management processes in German and English.
Why does it matter to me?
Improves the user experience for German content creators as they can now understand and navigate Whatfix Mobile easily.

Optional Steps in a Walkthrough
What has changed?
Previously, all the steps in a Walkthrough were mandatory. This means that your end users had to complete the Walkthrough in a sequential order, or else the in-app experience would break.
Whatfix Mobile now enables you to define specific steps as optional while creating a Walkthrough. By making a step optional, you can enable users to bypass that particular step and proceed directly to the next relevant step in the Walkthrough.
Why does it matter to me?
This feature enables you to customize the Walkthrough by defining certain steps that users can choose to skip if they are already familiar with the process or find them unnecessary. Whether users decide to complete each step or bypass a few steps, the Walkthrough adapts to their preferences, offering a seamless and personalized journey.
