Add Cohorts in Funnel Insights

Whatfix enables you to compare and contrast Cohorts to understand how user behaviors differ. For example, analyze the following data:

• New users on an application who have completed a Flow step or User Action
• New users on an application who dropped off at a step

Use the following steps to add a Cohort in Funnel Insight:

2. Click + Create Insights.
   

3. Click Funnel Insights.
   

4. Click the Edit icon to name your Funnel.
   

5. To add your Flows, Custom Events, and Page View, in the Add funnel steps section, click + Add.
   

6. In the User filter section, click Add user filter, and then select the Cohort using which you want to filter the Funnel.

   
   
   

7. Once the setup is complete, scroll down to see the data chart that is generated.
   

8. Click Save.
