Add Event Attributes to Trend Insights

Prev Next

Whatfix enables you to analyze and visualize the Event Attributes you create using Trend Insights. Visualizing your Event Attributes using Trend Insights enables you to understand how your end users are interacting with the attributes and helps you with decision-making.

Use Case

Consider that you want to track the most commonly occurring errors while creating an Account. Capture the Account Create Error as a User Action and the error messages that appear as Event Attributes. Once you collect the data, analyze it using Trend Insights and identify the commonly occurring error messages.

Event metric: Total events
App events: Account Create Error
Event Filters: The Account - Error Message captured as Event Attributes
Event Breakdown: Account - Error Message

The most commonly occurring error according to the data is Potential duplicate account found. Product owners can take decisions based on the data to reduce the error.
