Error: You have reached the maximum limit of 10 Events

Issue

Whatfix shows you the You have reached the maximum limit of 10 Events error message when you try to add a new event for a Trend Insight.

Probable Cause

By default, Whatfix enables you to add only up to 10 events when creating an insight.

Suggested Solution

Whatfix enables you to add only up to 10 events. However, there is a workaround if you want to add more events. There is a special event called Any Whatfix Events that enables you to add other events as filters. Using this event, add multiple events to a single event to keep the number of events created less than 10.

Use the following steps to add multiple events in a single event for a Trend insight:

1. In Trend Insights, go to the Events section, and then click Add event.
   

2. Under Default events, select Any Whatfix Events.
   

3. In the Filter, select Event Type.
   

4. Select all the events you want to add.
   

5. Click Apply.
   

6. Finish creating the Trend Insight as usual.
