What is a Summary Pop-up?
As multiple content creators might collaboratively create Whatfix content, it becomes difficult to keep track of all the changes that are being pushed to Production. You can't reverse a Push to Production action, and this only means that you could be inadvertently pushing out content that is not ready for your end users.
The Summary Pop-up feature ensures that when you initiate a Push to Production (or an extension update or an export), all the changes that are going live are displayed in a Pop-up notification.
Here's an example Summary Pop-up,
Click the respective dropdowns to view more information about the changes that are going live.
- Only Account Managers can view the Summary Pop-up.
- Currently, this is only an informational pop-up. This means that you cannot selectively choose content to publish.
