    Add an icon to Self Help

    Whatfix enables you to add icons to the Self Help widget. You can choose to add a default icon, which is a question mark or a custom icon that matches other icons in your application.

    Use the following steps to add icons to your Self Help widget:

    1. On the Whatfix dashboard, click Themes.

    2. Click the Self Help Tile.

    1. In the Appearance section, under Widget Icon, click the dropdown menu next to Type, and then select Label with Icon or Icon only depending on your requirements.

    2. In the Icon section, click the Custom option.

    3. Click Choose Icon, and then select the image you want to use from your device.

    • Whatfix supports PNG and SVG formats for custom icons.
    • The image resolution can be up to 24x24 px.
    • The file size should be less than 25KB
    1. Once you upload your image, click Save.
