For information about existing Visibility Rules, see Visibility and Display Rule Conditions.
Whatfix enables you to configure your widgets using Workday data. By leveraging Workday’s worklet and membership information, serve highly relevant content to users based on their unique Workday attributes.
For example, if an employee’s worklet shows their performance metrics, Whatfix enables you to use this data to deliver content focused on performance improvement. If the worklet highlights that an employee needs development in a specific skill area, Whatfix can display targeted training resources or best practice guides related to that skill.

What are Workday Worklets and Memberships?
Workday Worklets: Worklets are customizable widgets on a Workday dashboard that provide users with quick access to critical information and tasks. Each worklet can be tailored to display specific data relevant to an employee’s role, department, or project.
Workday Membership Data: Membership data includes information about an employee’s affiliation with various groups, teams, or projects within Workday. This data helps identify the employee’s role and associations, allowing for more precise content targeting.
Use the following steps to configure Workday Worklets and Memberships as a Visibility Rule:
In the Visibility Rules section for your widget, click When does the {widget name} start or stop appearing?
In the When does the {widget name} appear? section, select Something on the application from the What causes the {widget name} to appear? dropdown.
Using the What would you like to identify? dropdown, select Workday Data.
Using the App Specific Key dropdown, select Workday or Membership.
Using the Data Type dropdown, select Text.
Using the Check if element value dropdown, select Exists or Not exists.
Enter the associated ID of the Membership or Worklet in the Value field.
