How to activate or inactivate Whatfix widgets?

Activating widgets like Pop-up, Self Help, and more, publishes them to the application, while deactivating them removes them from the application. On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, you can activate widgets by pushing them from the Ready stage to the Production stage and inactivate widgets by removing them from the Production stage.
Use the following steps to activate or inactivate widgets.
Activate widgets
Use the following steps to activate widgets:

On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Widgets.

Click All widgets.

Select the widget you want to activate.

Click Send to ready.

- Preview and edit your widgets in the Ready and Draft stages. For more information, see Understand Whatfix dashboard stages.
- Go to the Ready stage, and then click Push all to production to activate all the widgets.

Whatfix enables you to push selective widgets to Production by selecting the respective widgets using the checkbox and then clicking Push to production.
Inactivate widgets
Inactivate widgets by removing them from the Production stage.

On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Widgets.

Click All widgets.

Go to the Production stage and select the widget you want to remove from Production.

Click Remove from production.

The widget gets inactivated and is moved back to the Draft stage.
