There is a difference between the Unique Users Viewed count in Guidance Analytics and the Total Users (unique) count in Funnel Insights.

• The Total Users data in Funnel Insights reflects the total number of users present in the system, regardless of their interaction with Whatfix content. This count includes unique users who visit pages without Whatfix content

Conclusion

Since Total Users includes users who visit pages without Whatfix content, the Total Users count typically exceeds the Unique Users Viewed count.
