Article summary

Pop-ups enable you to inform users about things that need their immediate attention.

The following events can be used to measure the engagement of Pop-ups in Trend Insights:

  • Pop-up skipped
  • URL Triggered via Pop-up
  • Pop-up closed by "X" icon
  • Pop-up closed by close button
  • Flow launched from pop-up
  • "Do not show me again" selected
Note:
  • The Pop-up shown event is deprecated from the Whatfix Analytics dashboard. For more information, see What are the deprecated events in Product Analytics?
  • These events appear in the dropdown only if users perform or engage with them. Ensure that you push the Pop-up to Production. When end users interact with the pop-up, view the engagement data using the mentioned events.
