-
Enter the email address of the recipient
-
To add a recipient, click Add another recipient.
-
To delete a recipient, click the Delete icon next to the recipient you want to delete.
Ensure that you have at least one recipient.
Configure the notification frequency
Under the Frequency section, select the frequency at which you would like to receive email notifications for feedback.
- Daily: Receive an email every day at 9:30 PM IST containing a report of all the feedback received in the last 24 hours.
- Weekly: Receive an email every Monday at 9:30 PM IST containing a report of all the feedback received in the previous week.
- Instantly: Receive an email containing the feedback immediately after the feedback is submitted.
There can be a maximum of 200 pieces of feedback per email, beyond which any additional feedback is ignored.
Once you have finished configuring email notifications, click Save.
