Issue
When you try to publish content to production from the Whatfix dashboard, the process fails and you receive an email with the following error:
Probable Causes
Whatfix Dashboard Issue: In rare scenarios, Whatfix experiences a temporary platform-wide disruption. This issue prevents successful content publication.
Issues with Whatfix Content: Errors within the content might prevent publication. This includes incorrect display rules, source url or broken links.
Suggested Solutions
Review Content: Carefully review the content for any errors or inconsistencies that might be preventing it from being published, which includes visibility rules and embedded links.
Unpublish and Republish: Try unpublishing the content and then republishing the Whatfix content or widget.
